Refund and Return Policy

• 1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• 2. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• 3. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Sterile or vacuum-sealed products that have been opened.
  • Medical consumables such as gloves, masks, and syringes with broken seals.
  • Cold chain products requiring temperature control.
• 4. Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• 5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
