Description:
It is non-woven pad impregnated with a low-viscosity hydrogel based on a chitosan-gelatin polyelectrolyte complex with immobilized pharmaceutical substances of dexpanthenol, lidocaine and chlorhecidin, applied to a 18×13 cm non-woven cloth.
The anti-burn wound healing effect of the agent is based on the synergistic effect of stimulating regeneration processes with composite mixtures of chitosan-gelatin polyelectrolyte complex and dexpanthenol. The analgesic and antimicrobial action is provided by the presence of a local anesthetic – lidocaine hydrochloride and an antiseptic – chlorhexidine bigluconate.The tool has a cooling effect, creates a moist environment in the wound, which contributes to its faster healing.
Indication:
provide first and primary health care for thermal and sunburn of I and II degree, local treatment of abrasions, cuts, bruised, torn, excised and scalped wounds.
