Medical Sales Representative

As a Medical Sales Representative, you are responsible for the business development of your assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and goals. We believe that execution is the only strategy that the consumer sees and also you will have a chance to directly implement sales and promotional plans/activities. To meet targets and expectations, you will set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people, demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative, and be an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements in marketing techniques, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, or any other medical-related field – (Required)
  • Preferably Indian Nationality (Male or Female)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-driven with at least 2-3 years of experience in UAE
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment
